Yep, my little sunflower houses quilt. I started this around 1990!! Don't judge me too harshly. I had teenagers (gasp), college students (gasp, gasp), a full time job and ailing in-laws. The points don't match but it's a cheerful little thing all the same and I've decided to rescue it.
For my February goal I'll get it quilted and bound by golly!
Go over to Red Letter Quilts to see what others are choosing for their One Monthly Goal and join in yourself. What will your monthly goal be?
Until next time,

Good for you! I look forward to seeing a finished sunflower houses quilt soon :)
ReplyDeleteThis will be a bit of a slog I think but I shall persevere!
DeleteYou can do it Pat! Stick to your guns and get r done girlfriend!
ReplyDeleteYes mam!
DeleteGood for you for taking on an oldie! And no judgement--I have never finished the first quilt I made in 1995. :0)
ReplyDeleteDo you even know where it is at this point? I unearthed this one because I completely gutted the sewing room otherwise it never would have come to light!
DeleteNo judgement here... I have one or two close to that waiting. Good luck on getting this pretty one finished this month.
ReplyDeleteThanks Deb. Surely someone will want this whem it's done?
DeleteNo judging from me either, I have lots of UFO's that need to get finished, I'm slowly working away at the pile. So kudos to you!
ReplyDeleteI think this OMG challenge will be a constant parade of UFOs for me so watch out there's no telling what will pop up!
DeleteIt will be great to have the quilt done. Pat yourself on the back for pulling it out and starting it again!
ReplyDeleteI'll celebrate when it's actually fifnish. I've managed to put it off this long so...
DeleteFound a ufo from the 80s the other day I'd stashed it during a house move very many moons ago....lurked well hidden for two more moves
ReplyDeleteTime to really decide to I love it or list as they say. I actually put one in the donation pile the other day only half done and I don't regret it!

ReplyDeleteI'm plugging away at getting it done. I hope I can feel some love when it's finished!
